1. Pain Free Neck Range of Motion
The initial goal in treating neck pain following a car accident is to decrease pain and improve range of motion. This is an easy exercises that accomplishes both.
2. Neck Isometric Exercises
Once pain has decreased and range of motion has been restored, the next goal is to build strength. Isometric contractions provide a safe initial entry into building strength and stability following a car accident
3. Chin Tucks
Improve stability by strengthening our deep neck flexors with the Chin Tucks. Be sure not to flex the neck!
