Unfortunately, most people that come to see us have skipped the first step of 'Move Well' and went right into 'Moving Often.' Without the foundation for what proper movement should look (and more importantly, FEEL like) we are setting ourselves up for pain and injury later on down the line.
Movement 101: Life Without Limitations is is our signature, 8-week program that delivers safe, yet highly effective movement exercises that will improve mobility, strength and movement patterning so you can live life with no limitations - regardless of age.
This program is taught by Dr. Carl Baird - a Chiropractic Movement Specialist and Fitness Expert – and it’s designed to give you in-depth knowledge of how to properly move and strengthen your body so you feel more confident and empowered in the gym and in daily life.
Graduates of our program worry less about back pain and injury, spend less time at the doctor’s office, and focus more on activities they love to do.
