Pain is only one part of the rehabilitation process. Often times the fear of reaggravation keeps us from being able to be 100% immersed in the activities we love. Building confidence comes from continually testing our injury in a variety of challenging situations to prove we can handle whatever life throws at us.
Our 12 Visit Performance Therapy Program is a one-on-one, personalized program that transitions clients from rehabilitation to strength and performance training in order to build confidence in our bodies after an injury.
